At JOLLIMARA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return conditions carefully before placing your order.

14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at jollimara@hotmail.com before sending your item back. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Hair Extensions & Hygiene Seal

For hygiene and quality reasons, our hair extensions are delivered with a hygiene seal.

Please carefully inspect the hair before breaking or removing the hygiene seal.

Once the hygiene seal has been broken, removed, or damaged, the hair cannot be returned or refunded where permitted by applicable law.

Hair that has been worn, installed, washed, brushed, cut, colored, chemically treated, or otherwise used or altered cannot be returned and is not eligible for a refund.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights in relation to products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at jollimara@hotmail.com.

Please do not use, alter, or remove the hygiene seal from the product. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Any refunds required under applicable consumer law will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred product.
